You can easily place your order through our online shop. On the product page, first select the desired quantity. Then, click on the yellow “add to cart” button on the right to place the item in your cart. Your personal cart is displayed at the top right of the page. To confirm your order and proceed with payment, click on the cart and follow the instructions. In the search field (magnifying glass at the top of the page), you can browse the entire range by entering the item number, product name, or a keyword.
No, there is no minimum order quantity. Please note, however, that full shipping costs apply even for small orders and low order amounts. From an order value of 100 CHF, you will benefit from free shipping.
There are many good reasons to shop at the TCS Clubshop. All products are exclusively selected and presented for you by professionals. With its extensive network, TCS can offer high-quality products at top conditions. That’s why the Clubshop offers a three-year warranty – a period longer than usual.
The TCS Clubshop is aimed at TCS members and is also promoted there. When paying with the TCS Member Mastercard or TCS Travel Mastercard, you additionally benefit from 5% cashback.

Items marked as "Availability – in stock" are available in our warehouse and will be shipped immediately.
Products with the status "Availability – currently unavailable" cannot be ordered at this time.
However, you can activate an email notification to be informed as soon as the item becomes available again. Simply click the yellow "Notify me" button located below the availability status.
Please note: This feature is only available to logged-in users. If you are not signed in, the button will not be visible.
If you wish to order an item but the cart icon does not appear, this means the item is currently unavailable and therefore cannot be ordered. Only items with the status “in stock” can be ordered.
Payment is made when placing the order. The following payment methods are available: Mastercard, VISA or Twint. By paying with the TCS Member Mastercard or TCS Travel Mastercard, you can benefit from 5% cashback.
Orders placed before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. Delivery takes place within a maximum of 72 hours, but generally sooner.
Shipping and packaging costs amount to CHF 10.25 per order. Orders from CHF 100 are free of shipping costs. Exceptions apply to bulky items, for which a flat rate of CHF 30 is charged. Bulky items are marked accordingly in the shop.
Shipping takes place the same day for orders placed before 12:00 noon (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 12:00 noon are shipped on the next working day. Delivery usually takes place within 24 hours, but no later than 72 hours.
After shipping, you will receive an email with a tracking link that allows you to track your delivery at any time.
Delivery is usually carried out by Swiss Post. In the Swiss Post app or in your personal online account, you can set all delivery preferences yourself – from preferred delivery days to the desired drop-off location.
No, items are shipped exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Shipping abroad is not possible.

Your data is transmitted via an encrypted connection and we apply the latest security standards to protect your payment. The charge is made immediately after the order is completed.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to order by e-mail or phone. Orders can only be placed online in the TCS Clubshop.
Since orders are shipped as quickly as possible, cancellation or modification is not possible.

No, membership is not required to place an order in the TCS Clubshop. You can place your order without registering.
However, registering makes future orders easier, as your contact details are saved and do not need to be re-entered each time you shop.
